To qualify for a return or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and still in its original packaging. If you happen to receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, we’ll gladly send a replacement.

If you need to start a return, please email us within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for returning. Once we review your request, we’ll provide the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
