Refund Policy

At ClovArc, owned and operated by 𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕𝑬𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒔 LLC , we offer a 14-day window for refunds or replacements on all eligible purchases.

To qualify for a return or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and still in its original packaging. If you happen to receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, we’ll gladly send a replacement.

 

How Returns Work:

If you need to start a return, please email us within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for returning. Once we review your request, we’ll provide the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. After we receive and check the item to confirm it meets our return guidelines, we’ll process either a refund or a replacement—whichever applies

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive defective. Clearance and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
